Elon Musk tracks Tesla Cybertruck Gigafactory in central United States

TeslaCEOElon Musk went on Twitter Tuesday evening to announce plans to open factories for the company's all-electric Cybertruck pickup and the Model Y crossover SUV.
"Cybertruck Gigafactory screening locations. This will be the center of the United States," Musk wrote. "The production of model Y for the east coast too."
Musk unveiled the truck, Tesla's sixth model, in November at a corporate event in Los Angeles, and announced that it would start at $ 39,900. The truck, in the shape of a large metal trapezoid, will compete with American-made trucks such as the Ford F Series and the Chevrolet Silverado from General Motors.
The Model Y, announced in March, will accommodate up to seven people and could begin deliveries in the first quarter of this year, according to a December report from Deutsche Bank. If Tesla is building Model Ys in the new plant, the vehicle will be manufactured in four locations – China, Germany and Fremont, California, are the others.
Investors have grown accustomed to Musk making big promises that end up being premature or that don't come true at all, like Promise 2016 to have a Tesla power itself in the United States by the end of 2017, and multiple forecasts for Model 3 production figures that the company has not achieved.
He also alluded to other facilities in the United States.
