Some have criticized the Prime Minister for his current approach, one person writing, "If we hadn't hesitated in the past three years, we might have been better placed to deal with it.

Ms Nandy expressed her views on the postponement of Brexit in an opinion article for The Guardian, where she described the virus as a growing "uncertainty" regarding the Brexit process.
She wrote: "British companies trading with the EU do not know on what terms they will trade in 10 months.
"Add to that the drop in demand and the disruption created by coronaviruses and it is reasonable to expect that many companies will not survive."
And Mr. Hammond, who was ousted from the parliamentary party under Mr. Johnson's leadership, said that the Brexit talks would not be "immune" to the coronavirus epidemic.
Hammond told the Sunday Times, "If the virus starts to disrupt everyday life and many other processes have slowed down as a result.
"There is no reason to think that the Brexit trade negotiations will be immune, so the parties will have to work together in good faith to decide how to handle this."
Today, British coronavirus cases have reached 373 as a sixth person in the UK is believed to have died.
The sixth British victim was a man in the early 1980s with underlying health issues at Watford, the NHS said.
General practitioners are now warning that routine appointments must be stopped to prevent the spread of the virus.
