Boris Johnson has faced charges of "buffoonery" in a heated debate over the PMQ, while Pete Wishart of the SNP has insisted that the Prime Minister is unpopular in Scotland and that support for the independence of the UK is "at an all time high". "Support for independence is at an all time high.
"Is it because he thinks he can say no to a nation or is it because boastful buffoonery only hits the Scottish people?"

Mr Johnson replied: 'I see that support for the dissolution of the union is actually diminishing in Scotland.
"And it may be because they have a Scottish Nationalist Party in charge which has the highest taxes anywhere in the UK, but it fails Scottish children in their schools and does not run the Scottish health service as it should.
"Perhaps his bluff and boastfulness covers the abject failures of the SNP government.
"Maybe Mr. President, Scottish nationalists should stick to their daily work."
