Weather warnings and dozens of flood warnings have been issued across northern England and Wales as thunderstorms are set to dampen the bank holiday weekend.

The Environment Agency has issued 26 flood warnings, meaning flooding is mainly centered in southern England and west London, but could also occur near Derby and Shrewsbury.
