Reform candidate says 'powerful Jews' want 'Third World Muslims' to come to Britain

“Powerful Jews” are agitating to bring Third World Muslims to Britain, a British Reform candidate has claimed on social media.

Ben Aston, the candidate for Bournemouth West, claimed Jews were plotting Muslim immigration to Britain and that the British government was injecting the country with African men.

Aston responded: The endless condemnation of the Jews is terrible. Many of the powerful groups agitating for the mass importation of Muslims from the Third World into Britain are Jewish. The resulting social problems have been noticeable for decades.

Aston, a passionate cyclist, previously used his X account @ldnparks to advocate for cyclists' rights in London.

Aston used that account to reply to a post criticizing the use of the Bibby Stockholm barge.

He wrote: They are currently doing [this] All over the UK. Infusing large numbers (e.g. ~80 per hotel) of illegal African economic migrant men into local English communities. This is a collaborative and intentional effort.

On another occasion, Aston posted an old video of London's red buses and added: Native British people displaced by millions of immigrants imported on the altar of GDP.

Party leader Nigel Farage is under increasing pressure to remove the candidate due to comments he posted on social media last year.

Sir Conor Burns served as Conservative MP for Bournemouth West from 2010 until an election was called. He sent a letter to Farage calling for Aston's suspension.

These comments were anti-Semitic and highly offensive, he wrote. Decent people will be driven out by them. The reforms raise entirely legitimate concerns, and I have some sympathy with some of them. But Aston is clearly an unpleasant bigot.

I've known Nigel Farage for almost 30 years and I know he won't have a truck with them. He could act decisively, suspending his candidate, condemning his comments and urging his supporters not to vote for Aston Martin in Bournemouth West.

Peter Storms, a previous candidate for the seat, was sacked last month after being accused of sharing online posts from far-right group Britain First.

In a statement shared with the Times, the UK Reform Party said its candidates have their own views and are free to express them like anyone else, even if they are not shared by all party colleagues.

Ultimately, they are responsible to the voters of their constituencies who are perfectly capable of making up their own minds.

Meanwhile, millions of people want journalists to discuss policies and ideas that will fix a broken Britain, rather than lapsing into juvenile politics whenever they often discover years-old comments or similar statements that appall London's liberal sensibilities.
