Global music icons Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg have launched their Gin & Juice ready-to-drink range in the UK.

The product is the first ready-to-drink beverage from their premium liquor company, and comes nearly 30 years after Snoop Dogg's song Gin & Juice from his groundbreaking 1993 album Doggystyle burst onto the pop culture scene.

Named after the Grammy-nominated song, it comes in four “pure” flavors: citrus, melon, passion fruit and apricot.

The citrus is described as “a citrus-heavy blend balanced with rose and other soft botanicals,” the melon is “a smooth melon flavor with complexity brought out by fresh citrus and lush hibiscus,” the apricot is “enriched by fragrant bergamot with a soft, subtle honey finish,” and the passionfruit is “accentuated by tropical, bright, and refreshing pineapple.”

Every Gin & Juice is naturally low in sugar and calories, with just 2g of sugar and 95 calories per 250ml can. Made with real fruit juice, it has an ABV of 5.9% and no artificial colours or flavours. Plus, it’s “subtly carbonated”.

The packaging for the canned premium gin cocktail was designed by renowned artist and industrial designer Ini Archibong, reflecting the West Coast lifestyle of the hip-hop legend.

Dr. Dre and Snoop's Gin & Juice will be available in over 1,000 independent retailers across the UK by the end of the month, as well as in-store, at summer music festivals across the region and online at bydreandsnoop.com and on Amazon.

The brand said it plans to launch more products in the future.
