US deploys troops to Israel with THAAD

The United States will deploy a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system and military crew to Israel to bolster the country's air defense capabilities. The move comes nearly two weeks after Iran launched a ballistic missile attack on Israel.
