New UK visa application provider available for Ghana from 22 October 2024

Ghanaians applying for a visa to enter the UK will have to use the new Visa Application Center (VAC) from 22 October 2024.

The UK's third party VAC supplier in Ghana will change to VFSGlobal on this date. This means that people in Ghana will need to complete their application through VFSGlobal, even if they started the process through their previous provider, TLScontact.

We will contact you by email if these changes affect you. However, there is no need to worry as this will not affect your visa application decision, processing time or price.

This change will improve services, including reducing VAC's average biometric and application submission times.

The UK's global VAC network is managed by a third party provider on behalf of UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
