Pregnant Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have split for now

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly's relationship continues to be filled with ups and downs as they prepare to welcome a baby.

“They broke up at the end of November,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly on Tuesday, December 10. “They were trying to make it work again after the pregnancy, but they are both too hotheaded and have fallen back into their constant arguing. They can't be on the same page and it's not easy for them to be together.

While the source added that “they're done for now,” the couple “could very well get back together” later. (TMZ reported earlier Tuesday that the duo had decided to quit over the Thanksgiving holiday.)

In November, Fox, 38, announced she was expecting a rainbow baby. The actress previously revealed in 2023 that she suffered a miscarriage during her relationship with MGK, who has a 15-year-old daughter named Casie from a previous relationship.

Shortly after the pregnancy reveal, a source told Us that Fox and MGK, 34, were “both thrilled and excited to be parents together.”

“The pregnancy is bringing them closer together, but they're still going through some very dramatic ups and downs,” the source explained. “Even when Megan and MGK separated, they always wanted to have a child together. It's something they both wanted even after their breakup.

Fox and MGK — whose real name is Colson Baker — were first romantically involved in 2020 after meeting on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. The musician got down on one knee in January 2022, but the two have yet to walk down the aisle.

Throughout their relationship, the couple raised eyebrows as they chose to live separately for a while. Fox is also reportedly seen without her engagement ring.

Most recently, fans questioned the status of Fox's relationship with MGK after the duo stopped sharing photos of each other as frequently online.

According to TMZ, the two chose to end things over Thanksgiving weekend while they were together in Vail, Colorado. Fox's due date is reported to be March 2025.

Fans of the couple are aware, however, that there has been trouble in paradise in recent months.
