Elon Musk faces UK backlash after endorsing far-right activist Tommy Robinson – POLITICO

Musk's comments come amid an ongoing feud with Britain's ruling Labor Party, and come just days after the tech billionaire spoke out in support of Germany's far-right party, Alternative for Germany (AfD).

Robinson was jailed last year after admitting in a documentary that he had breached a court order relating to false allegations against a Syrian schoolboy. Musk approvingly shared the documentary with X's hundreds of millions of followers on Thursday.

A second Labor lawmaker, who was granted anonymity, bluntly called Musk's comments “dangerous.” “At a time when communities should be coming together and working together, there are people with great influence who are causing division and spreading hate,” he warned.
