WASHINGTON Today, the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned Mohammad Hamdan Daglo Mousa (Hemedti), the leader of Sudan's Rapid Support Forces (RSF), under Executive Order (EO) 14098, imposing sanctions against certain people.
