Watch: Vance speaks to American troops during the Greenland visit

Shortly after his arrival, Vance has briefly addressed to the American troops stationed at the base while he and his wife sat for lunch with them, saying that the republican administration of US President Donald Trump is very interested in the security of the Arctic.
