Thomas Channon, 18, was on vacation with friends after completing Level A exams
The Prime Minister will ask the authorities to start talks with the Spanish authorities on the death of an 18-year-old boy in a seaside resort of Magaluf.
Thomas Channon of Rhoose was celebrating level A when he fell seven floors on a wall up to the knees of the Eden Roc complex in July 2018.
A coroner ruled that his death could have been avoided – Mr. Channon's parents are asking for prosecution.
Boris Johnson said he "would seek justice from Tom".
Channon's mother Ceri said she was "overwhelmed and very grateful" for the Prime Minister's response.

Last year, an investigation found that Mr. Channon was the third vacationer to die at the resort in a year.

Coroner Graeme Hughes said simple steps to erect a fence were not triggered after the death of Thomas Hughes of Wrexham in June 2018.
Vale of Glamorgan Conservative MP Alun Cairns told the House that Channon's parents "campaigned for criminal action against those responsible."
He called on the Prime Minister to put pressure on the Spanish authorities "so that they initiate criminal proceedings which will not only demand justice from Tom but will also send a clear message to the other property owners in Mallorca to avoid such tragedies do not recur in the future. "
"I am sure the whole house will join me in expressing our deepest sympathies to Tom's family and friends," said Johnson in questions from the Prime Minister.
Johnson said that "to demand justice from Tom, I am very pleased to ask the Foreign Office to enter into talks" with Mr. Cairns "and then of course with their Spanish counterparts".
Ceri Channon told BBC Wales: "We are overwhelmed and very grateful that the Prime Minister has responded to the matter.
"I am extremely proud that we have managed to get the support we have and that Tom is appointed by Boris Johnson. We are relieved and hopeful, although it is a bitter and sweet feeling."
The family wants the Spanish authorities to prosecute manslaughter for gross negligence. They are also pursuing separate civil proceedings and hope to soon meet with the Spanish ambassador in London.
