Dear Dr. Roach: My adult son lost more than 100 pounds on an intermittent fasting diet (16 hours a day fasting) and wants to continue fasting this morning, eating heavy lunch and dinner to maintain his new weight .. I’m not sure if such a fast is good for his health. Eat whatever you like and count the calories.
