The United Kingdom is sending the first long-range missiles to Ukraine, the defense secretary said, despite Russia’s threat to the West. Ben Wallace said the M270 multi-shot rocket system would help Ukraine defend itself against Russia. The government has not confirmed how many weapons will be sent, but the BBC understands that there will initially be three.
