Reopening of gyms, swimming pools and beauty salons in England – BBC News

Locking restrictions in England are being reduced. The government says recreational facilities and beauty salons will be able to gradually reopen in the coming weeks. On June 12, the outdoor swimming pools reopen along with some of the sports facilities, such as cricket. On June 14, beauticians and tattooists, spas and tanning salons may reopen their doors, despite restrictions on some high-risk treatments. On July 25, the indoor pool, gym and other sports facilities will be reopened. Restrictions are also eased for the performing arts, with the return of live theater and opera.
