Health officials also say they believe that multiple companies are involved in a series of infections forced to close at Mercier.
Quebec reported an additional 91 cases of COVID-19 from the previous day to Saturday, pushing the state to 56,407 confirmed cases.
According to the Department of Health, four more deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, with four more dead before July 3.
Quebec has recorded 5,260 COVID-19 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.
