End Sars protest: Nigerian police release all protesters – BBC News
The Nigerian police chief has ordered the unconditional release of all protesters arrested in protests against police brutality. It has been a key demand from protesters who have been protesting against the hatred of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (Sars) in major cities for seven days. Amnesty International says 10 people have been killed in the protests. The rally continued despite President Muhammadu Buhari announcing the dissolution of Sars on Sunday. Protesters responded to the announcement with skepticism, believing that Sars officers were still widespread. Please subscribe HERE .
