Over the past month, northern China has been suffering from severe sweating in a thick layer of toxic pollution. Pollution has reached such high levels this week that the Beijing law office warned against getting into the snow because they are dangerously infected. With pollution now thought to be the cause of a million early deaths, our correspondent John Sudworth was the most polluted city in China.
