Y: The last one Man will be a direct adaptation of Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra’s comic book series that ran from 2002 to 2008. It takes place in a world where a cataclysmic event has killed all male mammals from the planet to the exception of a human (Yorick Brown) and his faithful companion capuchin monkey (Ampersand). As Yorick undergoes a dangerous odyssey to find out why he is the only survivor, the remaining women of Earth attempt to figure out how to rebuild society after half of its population dies.
