Chris Hemsworth gets a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a chop from his fellow Avengers

Chris Hemsworth received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today. Instead of carrying a hammer like his multi-film character, Thor, he received a good-natured hammer blow from his Avengers film colleagues.

Robert Downey Jr., who played Iron Man in the films, was present in person during the unveiling. But before he got started, he interviewed the rest of the superhero team to find out their reactions in the moment.

“I reached out to his fellow Avengers to distill three simple words, 'What is Chris Hemsworth?'” Downey told the gathering. “First of all, [Jeremy] Renner says: “Absurdly boring, unbelievable. » [Mark] Ruffalo came out strong with “Friend of Work.”
