Will Packer has a new book on the way.
The film producer and CEO and founder of Will Packer Productions, which is behind films like Girls trip And Straight out of Comptonwill release a new book next year, which PEOPLE can exclusively announce. Who is better than you? : The art of healthy arrogance and dreaming big will be published by Harmony, an imprint of Random House Group, in February 2025.
Who better than you? aims to help those who are ready to make a major transition but may not have the career options or resources available to them. The book will include tools that Packer, 50, has used to guide him throughout his career, from trying to sell a micro-budget independent film as a student to his success today.

This is without a doubt my most personal project to date, Packer tells PEOPLE. I wrote Who better than you? to reach everyone who has a dream!
