IHC orders to produce Imran Khan in court today via a video link

Islamabad: The High Court of Islamabad (IHC) ordered the authorities to produce the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-E-insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, before the court on a personal basis at 3 p.m.

The directive occurred during the hearing of the petition of Mashal Yousafzai against the refusal of the authorization to meet the head of the PTI, who is imprisoned in the Adiala prison in Rawalpindi.

Initially, the court pointed out that if the defender general of Islamabad intends to proceed to the appearance of the video link, he must inform computer. However, if the founder of the PTI is not presented via a video link at 2 p.m., he must be brought before the court in person at 3 p.m.

However, after the expiration of the deadline at 2 p.m., the former Prime Minister should be presented to the court in person, in accordance with the orders of the court.

During the hearing, the court ordered the Superintendent of Adiala prison to meet the founder of the PTI and to confirm if Yousafzai was his legal representative.
