Jokowi’s confession about his health affects the community
Jakarta, tvOnenews.com – Former 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi) revealed that his health condition has now improved and he is ready to travel across Indonesia to meet the public.
Even former President Jokowi admitted that now that he is healthy, he wants to respond to invitations from the local people.
“Yes, I am in good health and I will respond to the existing invitations. Yes, like that, I have fulfilled the invitations in the regions and I am ready, God willing. I will see every day,” explained Jokowi, quoted Monday (25/5/2026).
When asked if the invitation was linked to a political agenda, Jokowi did not answer clearly.
Jokowi only said his arrival was in response to an invitation from the region.
“Because there were invitations from the regions. I received a lot of invitations. Invitations from the regions. From the community,” Jokowi explained.
In the near future, Jokowi admitted that he will respond to invitations from people in Lampung, East Nusa Tenggara, West Java.
Regarding the invitation agenda, Jokowi admitted that he would provide motivation and meet PSI cadres in the regions.
Then, Jokowi will also meet with the volunteers.
“And it is also to motivate and also meet the PSI in the regions. Then we also meet volunteers in the regions because there are invitations. Lampung, NTT, West Java. Yes, like that,” he explained.
The former 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), would go on a blusukan trip to several regions in Indonesia starting in June 2026.
This plan was first revealed by Projo volunteers.
Daily Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Ahmad Ali then confirmed the news after meeting with Jokowi at his residence in the Sumber region, Banjarsari, Solo, Wednesday (20/5/2026).
According to Ahmad Ali, the Indonesia travel program was part of Jokowi’s trip during his two terms as president.
“He is a former president. Of course, his desire for the community is what drives him to greet the community. We see it as a journey to trace his greetings to the community,” explained Ahmad Ali.
He assured that PSI cadres in various regions would welcome and accompany Jokowi during the blusukan agenda.
