Marr fronted the BBC’s flagship Sunday morning political show for 16 years after taking on the role in 2005, becoming known not only for his forensic interview style, but also for his openness about his personal life, having spoken candidly about his stroke.
In contrast, Kuenssberg, who succeeded her in 2022, has deliberately chosen to keep her private life out of the spotlight, despite becoming one of the most recognizable faces in British journalism.
