JAKARTA- The political temperature in the country has heated up again after the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) launched strong criticism against the regional safari of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi). Furthermore, Jokowi’s visit was accused of being the first step to save the political position of Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka and strengthen the base of PSI General Chairman Kaesang Pangarep.
“This political safari is a starting point for campaigning for the 2029 elections and shows the power ambitions of the Jokowi dynasty,” he said.
According to him, this movement has the potential to create new dynamics with President Prabowo in the future.
