SuaraSurakarta.id – Qatari Ambassador to Indonesia Sultan bin Mubarak Saad Al Dosari met with the 7th President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in Solo, Friday (7/17/2026).
The Sultan’s arrival was for the purpose of friendship and to introduce himself to Jokowi. Because the Sultan is Ambassador of Qatar to Indonesia last.
Jokowi welcomed the arrival of the sultan. Jokowi also welcomed the arrival of the Qatari ambassador.

Jokowi also hosted Sultan bin Mubarak Saad Al Dosari.
“Welcome to Solo. Welcome to my home,” Ujar Jokowi.
Jokowi asked him how to get to his house before inviting him inside. Then the two held a closed-door meeting.

Jokowi said the meeting with Qatar’s ambassador only touched on light issues.

Meanwhile, Qatar’s Ambassador to Indonesia, Sultan bin Mubarak Saad Al Dosari, said a visit here was already planned.
