Stan Beaton listens to his wife late, 14 years after his death

Stan Beaton, who thought he had lost a recording of his wife’s voice for more than 10 years, said the moment to retrieve the messages was “wonderful”. Mr. Beaton of Mirfield, who kept the voice message in 2003 from the death of his wife Ruby, but wanted to remove Virgin Media’s technical work.
However, the telecommunications company has now managed to get the message back. Beaton, 68, said: “They are very happy to have put an elderly pensioner in charge.”
