Locking the lock means new rules to apply in the UK – BBC News

People in Scotland have been able to meet friends and relatives in small groups from the outside, for the first time since the lock-in measures were introduced in late March.

When the Welsh Prime Minister announced plans to ease the cuts, Boris Johnson said some measures in England would also be eased yesterday, starting on Monday.
