Videos show a 7.4-magnitude earthquake hitting Japan, killing at least four people, injuring dozens and leaving millions without power.

The earthquake struck off the coast of Fukushima Prefecture at 11:36 p.m. local time on Wednesday at a depth of 57 kilometers, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency. The quake occurred two minutes after a smaller quake of magnitude 6.1.

John Daub, a YouTuber known for his only channel in Japan, was in Tokyo at the time and shared footage of items including computer screens and plants shivering.

He wrote, “Strong M7.3 earthquake hits Fukushima, this is my office in Tokyo right now – you can hear the whole apartment shaking shaking. Scary.”

He later tweeted: “Bad memories of March 11, 2011 for us but we’re fine in Tokyo.”

Instagram user morino_medaka, a Miyagi Killer Fish Breeder, shared footage of what appeared to be shaking water tanks.
