The black policeman fired after intervening in the chokehold: I lost everything

New York City Buffalo officials want an investigation into the shooting of a black police officer who was stationed when a white colleague was a suspect.
The incident occurred in November 2006. At the time, Officer Cariol Horne had completed 19 of the 20 years he needed to receive his pension, a Horne spokesman told CNN.
Horne, however, was fired for his intervention, and did not adjust to his pension.
“That message doesn’t cross that blue line and so do many officers, not many officers,” Horn said in an interview with CNN’s Brianna Keilar.
