Spanish doctor Fran Alvarado has had to celebrate at least one thing in the coronavirus pandemic, making him a newborn Gay World. The 30-year-old, who lives in Madrid, was last year. When this year’s competition was postponed to 2021 due to a lockout, he took the title – a few weeks after the recovery of Covid-19.
