Seven towns in Abra County have been isolated due to the powerful earthquake that struck parts of North Luzon on Wednesday.

According to a report by regional GMA TV Balitang Amianan Ivy Hernando on “24 Oras”, access to affected municipalities has been affected due to damaged infrastructure and landslides.

Abra is now in a state of disaster after the accident.

Based on county government data, the total damage in the county was 339 million pesos.

On the other hand, the Abra Schools Department office of the Ministry of Education reported that a total of 317 primary and secondary schools were damaged by the earthquake. Of these, 228 were completely damaged and seen destroyed.
