Residents react to an earthquake in Prince George, British Columbia

If you’re reading this from Prince George, British Columbia, or the surrounding area and feel shocked, you’re not alone, as some residents report feeling an earthquake.

Initially, according to the Android Earthquake Alerts System, a 4.1-magnitude earthquake shook a small BC city. However, soon after, Earthquakes Canada suggested that its strength was 3.4 on the Richter scale.

The initial report of the USGS fixed it at 3.3.
