USGs Volcanoes updated their Twitter followers about Yellowstone Volcano last night.

They said: “The Idaho earthquakes are aftershocks of the M6.5 tectonic earthquake on March 31 associated with the western USA extension.

This was in response to the question: “With #Idaho still shivering, can you activate the super volcano in #Yellowstone?”

Since the last earthquake, Idaho has experienced a series of aftershocks.

Some of these aftershocks are also recorded, rising up to 4.8 on the Richter scale.

Unfortunately for residents, the after effects were so severe that a popular beach had sunk under the water.

This was supposed to be along Stanley Lake in Sawtio National Entertainment District that had sunk into the water.
