Controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan can be extradited to the UK, a Romanian court has ruled. Andrew Tate, 37, and Tristan, 35, were arrested in Bucharest after UK police said they obtained a warrant for their arrest as part of an investigation into allegations of rape and human trafficking. A Romanian judge has ruled that the brothers can be extradited after a separate trial in Romania on charges of human trafficking. Andrew Tate said outside court: “We are very innocent men and in time everyone will see that. We are excited to finish this legal process and clear our names.” He later told the BBC “the whole thing is rubbish”. The brothers, who said they “reject all charges,” remain under judicial control in Romania, which prevents them from traveling outside the country.
