Beirut blast: French survival of deadly blast – BBC News
Lebanese rescue workers are searching for more than a hundred people missing after the destruction of the port area of the capital Beirut on Tuesday. The blast killed at least 100 people and injured more than 4,000 others. The whole city was shaken by the explosion and the mushroom cloud was seen spreading in the port area. President Michel Aoun said the blast had stored 2,750 tonnes of ammonium nitrate in the warehouse. Ammonium nitrate is used in agriculture as a fertilizer and as an explosive. Subscribe HERE .
