This was followed by two additional earthquakes of MS6.0 and MS5.2 sizes. Earthquake raised significant geological risks, which affected the city of Barcam and its surrounding areas. Using random forest models (RF) and increased extremist gradient (XGBOOST), we assessed the capacity of landslide in the city of Barcam and identified the main effective factors. The study applied the shape method to assess the importance of different factors, used UMAP to reduce dimensions, and the HDBSCAN assembly algorithm was used to classify data, thus enhancing the interpretation of the forms. The results show that XGBOOST excels on RF in terms of accuracy, accuracy, summons, F1, KC and MCC. The basic factors that affect the occurrence of ground breakdown are topographic features, seismic activity and rainfall density. This research not only provides innovative automatic learning techniques and methods of interpretation to analyze the sensitivity of the ground collapse, but also provides a scientific basis for responding to emergency situations and post -disaster planning related to the risks of ground collapse after the earthquake in the city of Barkam.
