The tremors caused by an earthquake of 5.3 people felt all over Islamabad, Atok, parts of Khyber Bakhtongua, and tribal areas on Saturday morning.

To date, no immediate reports have been received on losses or damage. According to the Pakistani Meteorological Department (PMD), the earthquake hit 10:08 am.

Its center is located in the Hindu Kush region in Afghanistan at a depth of 230 km. The coordinates were recorded in Latitude 36.63 n and longitude 71.13 E.

Seismic activity was reported in Beshawar, Mardan, Swat, NoWSHERA, Swabi, Attock and North Waziristan, among other sites.

Residents in these areas and surrounding areas have reported noticeable tremors.

The seismic activity comes nearly a month after Zalazlan struck several cities via KP, Azad Kashmir, Punjab and parts of Afghanistan.

The first earthquake, which is 5.5, struck many cities across the north of Punjab, Khaybar Bakhtongua and the twin cities in Islamabad and Rawalpindi on April 12, at a depth of 12 km.

Punjab cities, including Atok and Shakwal, have also reported the tremors in the area. In KP, the tremors were felt in Beshawar, Mardan, Mahamand, Sawabi, Novshera, Laki Marwat, Deir Al -Lower, Malakand, Shaqtart and other cities.
