A small earthquake slightly shook parts of southeastern New Hampshire on the morning of Tuesday, November 25, according to USGS data.

The earthquake, which occurred shortly after 10 a.m., registered a preliminary magnitude of 1.8. The quake originated southwest of Kingston, New Hampshire, between Long Pond and Half Moon Pond, according to the USGS, and was about 5 kilometers deep.

There were no reports of damage related to the earthquake.
