President Trump has avoided discussing the coronavirus as much as possible, downplaying the importance of the crisis and even making fun of people for putting on masks. Last week, however, the White House reported that President Trump and his first lady tested positive for Covid-19. With this diagnosis, Trump’s strategy to change the subject is almost impossible.
