A 13-year-old boy has died in London of coronavirus – the youngest victim in Britain so far. The government agreed that it needed to speed up its virus testing program. He had a goal of 25,000 tests a day, but only about 8,000 are done so far. Meanwhile, one of Britain’s largest police has acknowledged that mistakes have been made to enforce social isolation using new emergency powers. Sophie Raworth has been presented by BBC News Hugh Pym, Health Editor and Internal Affairs correspondent Daniel Sandford.
