Iran has “inadvertently” admitted to dropping the plane – BBC News
Iran has admitted that it “inadvertently” shot down a Ukrainian passenger plane, killing all 176 people on board. According to an investigation, President Hassan Rouhani has found “missiles fired for human error.” He said the accident was an “unforgivable mistake”. The military said the plane was headed to the sensitive site of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and was then taken with a cruise missile. Iran had earlier rejected suggestions of the culprit. The death of Ukraine’s International Airlines flight PS752 occurred on Wednesday after Iran launched missile attacks and fired missile strikes at two U.S. air bases in Iraq. Strikes Qasem Soleimani, Iran’s senior commander, was held in Baghdad on January 3 in response to a drone strike in a U.S. attack. Please subscribe HERE .
