Foreign companies pay millions for UK government to get PPE during pandemic – BBC News

 



The Spanish taxpayer was paid more than £ 20 million in money by a British taxpayer for securing protective clothing for NHS workers to use in the coronavirus pandemic. Documents filed in U.S. court reveal that there were another million in subsequent payments. A lawsuit pending in Miami has revealed a large amount of money made by some foreign companies that supply NHS PPE.
