New Delhi: The High Court of Delhi has sought responses from the AAP government, DDA, and the three municipal corporations to a lawsuit seeking a contempt action against them for allegedly failing to comply with judicial orders regarding ensuring the seismic stability of buildings in the national capital. The court panel consisting of Chief Justice DN Patil and Judge Prateek Jalan on Tuesday issued notifications to them as well as to the New Delhi Municipal Council regarding the petition filed by Attorney Arbet Bhargava, who alleged that previous court orders on making the national capital ready for any major earthquake had not been complied with until right Now.
