Coronavirus: British said to leave China – BBC News
British citizens in China should leave the country, if possible, to reduce the risk of exposure to Coronavirus, according to official advice released by the UK Foreign Office.
Work is ongoing to bring the British from Hubei Province, where the first one began. To date, 427 people have been killed by the virus, all except mainland China, and more than 26,000 cases have been confirmed in 26 countries.
The number of cases is expected to double, but the World Health Organization says it is not yet a “pandemic”.
