A Texas border patrol agent captured the moment a young boy approached a flood of tears after a 10-year-old Nicaraguan child woke up abandoned by his group. He was traveling without a family and was taken to a Customs and Border patrol facility. Migrant detention centers have the capability as U.S. authorities continue to struggle with the rise of unaccompanied minors crossing the southern border.
