Indian man who died of heart disease later found to be Covid-19
The unidentified man developed chest and epigastric pain on May 28 and called for treatment by a general practitioner, MOH said in a Thursday press release.
He became unconscious at home on June 8th and was admitted to the Emergency Department of Singapore General Hospital. He was killed the same day, according to media reports.
Confirmed that he has COVID-19 infection June 10th after his death.
The man died of the eighth Covid-19 in the country, but was not an official victim because he was not killed by a coronavirus.
Overall, 7 deaths have been attributed to Singapore’s heart or blood related problems.
