A teenager fighting leukemia is in time to find a life-saving bone marrow donor.

Amy Bartlett, 14, from Nottingham, was diagnosed with a 12-year-old illness and was forced to tolerate two years of chemotherapy.

Chemo “steals all your strength”

Amy-formerly “playful, happy and energetic”-was diagnosed with leukemia after feeling pain in her joints in February 2018.

“There is no logical explanation as to why she got it, it’s just one of them,” her father Lee Bartlett, 48 said.

As June 2020 neared, the family began to count the number of days until Amy’s treatment was over.
