Immunization clinic at Center Square Mall in Yellowknife will be closed
The Center Square Mall’s unlikely status as the front line of Yellowknife’s defense against Covid-19 is coming to an end.
Since January 2021, the former clothing store in the mall has been functioning as an immunization clinic, first offering Covid-19 shots and more recently flu shots and monkeypox shots.
That ends on April 29, NWT health officials said on Thursday that mall clinics will be closed.

Vaccinations against Covid-19 will be moved to Yellowknife Public Health, located in the Jan Sterling Building at 4702 Franklin Avenue.
